Claims for Non-Delivery
Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive working days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us to begin an investigation.
Disputed Delivery: If tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery scan date. Failure to report within this window prevents us from opening a claim, and we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

Returns (UK Only): UK customers may return Goods if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Goods are faulty. Contact us for a returns authorisation number.
International Returns: We do not accept returns for international orders. Our products are classified as “dangerous goods,” and strict transport regulations restrict their shipment. Only licensed entities (such as us) are permitted to ship these goods; therefore, customers cannot legally ship them back to us.
