- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used vaping products.
- To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding any original postage charges.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
