Yes, UPS offers a network of Pickup Shops across Europe. You can easily redirect your parcel to a Pickup Shop using the UPS app or through the notifications you receive once the parcel is in transit.
Missed Delivery: The courier will usually attempt redelivery the next business day or leave a card with collection instructions.
Wrong Address: Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate with the courier to attempt redelivery to the correct address.
We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used vaping products.
To start a return, please contact our support team for authorisation.
Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us with photos of the items. We work quickly to make it right.
Faulty Items: Email your order number, a description of the fault, and images/videos. we will arrange a replacement and provide return instructions.
About Substitutions: To ensure on-time delivery, we might sometimes replace out-of-stock items with a duplicate of another flavour you ordered.
Once placed, we cannot add or remove items. If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it so you can place a new one. Contact us immediately for help.

When we run clearance sales some items are past their recommended use-by date. While safe, battery performance or flavour functionality may be compromised. These are non-refundable and sold “as-is.”
