Shipping Process
We typically use DPD for shipments within the EU and Royal Mail for most orders outside the EU and to areas where DPD doesn’t deliver.
DPD
You can track your DPD shipment through these stages:
- Collected: Your order has been collected from our warehouse.
- In Transit: Your order is on its way to you.
- At Depot: Your order has arrived at your local DPD depot.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is out for delivery and should arrive soon.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
Customs Clearance with DPD:
You will typically receive an email or text message from DPD to clear your customs duty (VAT) shortly after your order is “In Transit.”
DPD Pick Up Points.
DPD offers a convenient network of Pickup Shops across Europe. You have two options for using them:
- Enter the address of a Pickup Shop during checkout: When placing your order, you can choose to have your parcel delivered directly to a DPD Pickup Shop near you.
- Redirect your delivery: If you enter your home address for delivery but later decide to change your mind, you can easily redirect your parcel to a Pickup Shop using the DPD app or through the notifications you receive.
To help us, please enter “Pickup Shop” in the order notes along with the name of the Pickup Shop.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail works with different shipping partners in different destination countries.
To track your Royal Mail shipment:
- Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking page.
- Click “Continue tracking” to see which partner is handling your delivery in your country.
Royal Mail shares your details with their partner, who will contact you with instructions on how to clear customs.

Disposavapes.co.uk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to customs. This includes situations where customs officials require additional information from you. To avoid delays, please respond promptly to any requests from customs.

Unclaimed parcels or failure to meet customs requirements may affect refunds. If your parcel is unclaimed at customs and returned to us, your refund will be less the original shipping costs. You will also not be refunded for shipping if you fail to meet any import requirements of the destination country, such as providing necessary documentation, complying with import laws, or having required prescriptions.
