Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days as long as they are unopened. For exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Track status via the Orders tab. Change your address via the Address tab.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, we can fix it. If it has, we must wait for a return to refund you.

We ship worldwide except to India, the USA, and Australia. Please note you are responsible for any local customs duties.
