Yes, items can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not been opened, within 14 days of receipt.
Note that for exchanges customer pays for the return shipment.

It might be possible to amend the shipping address of your order as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop the order from going out. If the order has already been shipped, you can send it back to us for a full refund.
